Achievements: I have a B.A. degree in Economics and Business Management. I have been teaching English since 1996 ranging from beginners to Advanced levels and most age groups. Also, I have been distinguished in wellness for over 35 years in several areas and aspects of the sporting and fitness world. Started at the age of 5 in martial arts (Judo, Karate, Kung-fu), have been involved in it for over 15 years. Expanded my skills set in Soccer (Professional level) and Basketball (College level) for over 25 years. Simultaneously, I have been on a mission to continuously develop, educate and motivate myself to reach the maximum potentials as an individual as well as to inspire my clients, groups and environment to making healthy life decisions.
