So I'm fairly new to the acting scene. I decided to try out some classes at The Film Set in Claremont. Upon meeting Ernie, I was a bit intimidated and out of my comfort zone. There were people there that were REALLY good and I thought I could never compare. Ernie has a way of adjusting to your personality to get you to dive into things at a rate in which you are comfortable with. He has the ability to point out your strengths and improve them, exponentially. Not only is he great at his craft, or stellar in his ways of teaching; he truly is just an all around great guy. His vibe, energy and demeanor make him very pleasant to be around. It's almost like i would pay him just to be my friend. if you are shopping for an instructor, try this guy out. You won't be disappointed and if you are, then acting's probably not for you.

Teaching the craft of acting is something Ernie has mastered. Learning from him has been a great. As a first time actress Ernie welcomed me with warmth. He understands how nervous first time actors can be but, with grace he knows how to calm those nerves down and help you reach your best acting potential. Ernie has helped me learn my acting strengths and weaknesses. His coaching and feedback is very precise. Pointing out small cues to improve your acting and guiding you on ways to better the character. His coaching pushes you to discover many sides of the scene and helps you better understand the scrip, which only makes you a better actor. Thanks to Ernie my passion for acting has only become more realistic as I pursue my career. For anyone looking for serious coaching and looking to make acting their career I would highly recommend Ernie.

No matter your previous acting experience Ernie will work with you and help you understand the business of acting. Ernie is easy to talk to, he gives good criticism on ways I can improve (i.e Vocally, or my physical presence or facial expressions). He pays attention and can see what you're capable of even if you're hiding it. After every class I am more confident in my acting because I have such an amazing teacher.
