Hello! My name is Ernest Hart II, but I go by Jur. Like how the end of the word "badger" sounds. I was diagnosed with depression when I was 16, anxiety when I was 24, and arthritis when I was 28. But, it wasn't until I was 29 that I discovered how to treat all of my issues naturally with vitamins, herbal supplements, diet, and exercise. Since then I have become a bit of a health nut, gathering information from a wide variety of sources. However, I always make sure that any information that I find has supporting evidence of it's effectiveness. I am not someone who will just watch some random video and immediately believe what it says. I fact check any information that I find from any source before I even consider attempting it. I have done the research necessary to manage my arthritis, completely eradicate my anxiety, and tackle my depression any time it's ugly head shows it's face in my life.
