Specializing in math (through calculus, multivariable calculus, linear Algebra and differential equations), ACT and SAT prep, physics, and chemistry instruction. Individualized lesson plans and goal-setting based upon desired course grade or test score. Achievements: -Helped two SAT students to increase their score by 270 points and 310 points, respectively. -Helped an ACT student increase her composite score by 5 points, giving her a competitive edge in her college admissions process. She was later granted admission to 3 out of 4 of her top choice colleges.

Private in-home tutor. I was contracted to provide individualized math, physics, chemistry, ACT, and SAT lessons. Key Achievement: -Helped a struggling physics student bring her grade from an F to a B+, enabling her to meet the requirements for her full-ride athletic scholarship to her first-choice NCAA D1 university.

As a student employee of a USC-funded philanthropy program, I taught chemistry and math classes for 15-20 students, for 8 hours every Saturday. Our focus was helping gifted students in the inner-city public school system by supplementing their education, ultimately assisting in their journey to higher education beyond high school.

The American Classical League was founded in 1919 for the purpose of fostering the study of classical languages in the United States and Canada. Membership is open to any person who is committed to the preservation and advancement of our classical inheritance from Greece and Rome.

The NTA was formed in 1992 for the purpose of establishing a membership organization for tutoring professionals. The NTA is dedicated exclusively to tutoring, and represents the interests of thousands of tutors in the U.S. and thirteen other countries, practicing in all phases of tutoring, program administration, and supplemental student services.

The ATA was founded in 2001 and has since certified over 6,000 tutors. In addition to creating standards for the industry, the ATA also provides a host of support services to professional tutors.
