My passion for art and painting brought me from my home town of of San Francisco to pursue an international professional career as an artist, designer and educator to many exciting places including New York, New Orleans, Florida, Europe, and the Middle East, as well research trips to many other countries. I focused for many years on large scale art, design and production and led the artist team in the recreation of the Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London. As well as many other prestigious commissions in castles, theatre, film, public and private venues and projects. I have valuable knowledge on the history of paint making, traditional and modern techniques and applications. I am passionate about the creative process and have brought these skills to support others in many settings including schools, community programs, juvenile justice systems, homeless populations, and residential facilities for therapeutic benefits. My studio works of fine art are always central to my process. I have helped hundreds of student artists build their art and creative skills.
