Creative Writing with Erin O.

I am an award-winning Americana singer-songwriter who studied music and literature at Tulsa Community College and The University of Tulsa. I am a classically trained multi-instrumentalist and play and teach piano, acoustic guitar, ukulele, electric bass, and songwriting and have 11 years teaching experience. I have led private group songwriting workshops at the world renowned Woody Guthrie Center in Tulsa, OK and for Oklahoma Public Schools. As a performer, I have contributed harmony vocals to a dozen albums and my own original music has been featured in American Songwriter Magazine and PopMatters. I’ve shared the stage with Kenny Rogers, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Terri Hendrix + Lloyd Maines, David Amram, and countless others. I also speak and teach beginning and intermediate level French and Spanish. As a creative writer, my work has been published in This Land Press, The Tulsa Voice, and more. Music, writing, language, and teaching is my passion and I would love to teach you or your child!
