I have been developing, mentoring and representing talent for over half of the last decade. As an agent, I've worked with music artists, actors and models both independently and for agencies. The techniques and methods I use are designed to help you not only overcome obstacles but avoid them. I set honest expectations free of sugar coating using real world examples while keeping every lesson fun and informative. I give you every tool you'll need for success. Overall, my lessons can be applied to all aspects of life whether it's office work to acting to building self confidence. Through the years I've taught plenty of students who just wanted to come out of their shell or feel more comfortable in social settings. I look forward to having you in my class, where you'll laugh and learn.

About Eric S.

As a Marine Corps Veteran I pride myself on high integrity, high standards and high motivation. I am an author/writer, background actor, poet, songwriter, former recording artist, music consultant and talent manager. I studied script writing and Film with the Academy of Art San Francisco (did not complete degree).

My journey began as an aspiring rapper in the late 90's to the early/mid 2000's. After publishing my book in 2008, I spent a brief stint writing for a hip hop music publication which lead me to an internship with an independent music label out of Philadelphia PA.

In 2011, after moving back to Houston TX, I founded my artist development firm where I would mentor and instruct aspiring musicians about the technical aspects of being an artist and the industry standards and practices.

In 2013, I was hired on as an acting instructor with a national modeling and acting school and also accepted a role as the Director for the affiliated agency. Over the next four years, I instructed mentored and represented musicians models and actors.

I use my 20 years of studio experience, to help voice actors "find their voice character" and improve their vocal strength and techniques.

I teach film students of all different ages and experience levels. I spent four years teaching Acting for Commercial and Film to pre-teens as young as 6 through seniors up to 83 years old and everything in between. I can teach students how to properly prepare for and ace auditions, how to successfully perform a cold read, students will learn set etiquette, how to pursue and secure the "perfect" role and so much more.

As a former talent agent I still have many industry contacts and tools at my disposal. I have built an impressive client list with the likes Brock Allen Casting, Vicky Boone, Macy's, JW Hair, Houston Fashion Week, Jake McKim with Amp Music and Parkwood Entertainment, Ox Films, Armstrong McCall, Visible Changes, HEB and Paul Mitchell Hair just to name a few.

I take much pride and personal interest in helping you achieve what many people first think is impossible, we work as a team after all your success is my success. I will walk you hand in hand to the water's edge but the decision to drink is on you. I will put every tool you need to be successful right at your feet, all you'll have to do is pick them up. I look forward to meeting you and helping you take the first step in pursuing your goal.
