Tin Whistle with Eric R.

My name is Eric Ryan, and I have been playing Tin Whistle for 20+ years and Irish Flute since 1999. I play flute and whistle with the band Fraoch, which has played at the Kansas City Irish Festival, Southwest Missouri Irish Festival, and in pubs and other venues throughout the Midwest. When not playing with the band, I co-host a local Irish session, and have co-hosted a slow/learning session in the past. If you want to start out on Irish Flute or Tin Whistle, I provide lessons. While sheet music can be used, you do not need to read music...the preferred method is to learn Irish music by ear. If you do read music, we can use that as an ancillary learning tool as well.
