Eric is apart of a select group of musicians who can play at an extremely high level and effectively translate their knowledge to others. His customized and methodological approach with enough time and effort can turn any novice into a skilled player. He is also extremely encouraging and flexible. I've studied with Eric for five years and don't plan on stopping any time soon.

Eric's method is uniquely suited to the young aspiring jazz musician. His real life experiences as both a teacher and performer make this method practical and successful. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Eric for the past 10 years. He has helped my Downey HS Jazz Program tremendously through his method of teaching jazz improvisation. Eric made my job a lot easier, having students understanding the art of creating something out of nothing! As it is very frightening for young musicians to improvise, Eric developed a sense of confidence in our students when it comes to it. I can’t thank him enough for what he does every week

Eric is an outstanding Sax teacher and has been very effective at teaching our son Alec to jazz solo, which is a major challenge of course. He even won a solo award last year at a jazz competition and he could not have done it without Eric!

Eric has taught me for over 5 years, and has been the best saxophone teacher I've ever had. He always challenged me to learn more, practice the correct way, and work efficiently towards long term goals. I highly recommend him as a teacher.
