Fitness lessons will focus on a specific group of muscles consistently to tone and build muscles in that area in a reasonable period of time. We will use resistance band to tone, strengthen and build muscles in the upper and lower body.  My class is unique for all ages and physical abilities.  Every member begins where they are and build from there. This is not a competition class but a YOU building class!  I love what I do and am physically fit and have  been working out and teaching for about twenty years. Even senior citizens are welcomed in my class.  If there are medical issues please seek reccommendations from your doctor before workiing out!

I have been a fitness instructor for over 20 years and have worked with all ages and levels of fitness ability.  I believe in results and not wasting time. Love to work the body externally and internally. Meaning eating correctly/health ad then working out properly.  I am results oriented. Will work to focus on various parts of the bodies in each session. Commitment, consistency and time are crucial elements to the success of all.
