Broadway Singing with Emmanuel C.

I am A Classically trained Opera Singer having studied at Mannes school of Music, Manhattan School of music and Westminster Choir College. I have been performing throughout the New York Metro Area for the past 16 years. Such as El Museo Del Barrio under the Baton of Eugene Sirotkin, Symphony Space for Victoria Bond's "Ulyses", "Gulliver's Travels" The Opera at American Opera Project in Brooklyn. Including multiple performances at The Cherry Lane Theatre in the West Village. My time on stage both Singing and Acting have given me a depth of knowledge as to how text and intent can shape much of the singing we do. Having worked along side many acclaimed actors I feel that much can be interchanged between the two performing Arts. The text will be the tracks which your voice will ride upon. You perform from your toes to your head and with that you can attain a full body sound that will carry in any hall. I have studied with many great performers such as Aprile Millo, Sharon Sweet, Olga Makarina, Carlos Feliciano, Spiro Malas, Mark Schnaible, Igor Chichagov. Taking from each there knowledge and incorporating into a sound technique that will help free the voice to sing with conviction. My focus is on Classical singing and singing in a healthy manner. Healthy singing that allows you to sing for years to come without vocal damage or stress. This can be transferred to different genres of music, especially helpful for concert performances and Broadway singing. I look forward to helping you Free your voice and begin to sing with joy.
