I studied voice at the Yale School of Music and also trained as an actor at the New York Film Academy and Stella Adler Studio and am a professional actress and singer in NYC. As a voice and acting coach, I am fully invested in the growth and success of my students! My lessons are tailored to my students' level, learning style, and goals and students are given specific tools to help strengthen their craft. I teach beginner/intermediate level actors and singers and would love to work with you!

I am a working professional and recently made my off-Broadway debut with the Atlantic Theatre Company production of Last Stop on Market Street and perform at various gigs throughout the city (Sofar Sounds, Rockwood Music Hall, etc.). Although I perform and audition regularly, I am still very passionate about teaching. Having studied under various teachers and worked with a diverse set of students since 2013, I am eager to work with talented beginner and intermediate students here in NYC! I aim to see my students grow and gain confidence as performers and reach their goals whether it be mastering a song or monologue or getting booked. I provide a safe and judgement free space for students to train and play! I'm personally invested in your success and want to see you win!

Emma is a wonderful teacher. She was genuine and gentle when giving feedback. She was very relatable to my daughter who is 13 and made her feel completely at ease. My daughter learned a lot in one lesson and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Emma is an incredible performer, artist, song-writer, and educator! She is incredibly patient, kind, welcoming, and warm. She is extremely talented and attentive, which results in invaluable knowledge being imparted on a constant basis and encouraging critique on areas where one is more challenged.

Emma is a great and patient acting teacher. While my other teachers rarely dived into my characters' objectives, Emma never fails to work with me on character development, script analysis, projection, breathing, and stage presence. I learned so much from her, I recommend her for everyone.

Emma is a stellar singer and teacher who got me to do things with my voice I never thought possible! She has a very kind spirit and is wonderful to be around. I highly recommend her.
