I was born and raised in northern China. Upon graduation from college, I pursued my Master's degree in the US and now reside in NY metro area, working full-time as a finance professional.

From my experience learning English as a second language since I was 5, I believe learning thru practical situational conversation helps master comprehensive language skill, including but not limited to vocabulary, pronunciation, tone and culture. Besides practicing, vocabulary is key to all level.

I'm passionate about traveling, talking to people from different cultural background and exploring new possibilities of life. Being born and raised in China, traveling to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, etc. and 19 states in the US as well as  living in NYC for 4 years, I decided to share my secret recipe in learning a second languages and help you improve your language learning process.

To me, learning a second language is not only about the language per se, it also opens a door for a new perspective of thinking and possibility of life, and I'm here to help you open your door!
