Emily is a musical renaissance woman, performing regularly in all styles of singing. Armed with a B.A. degree in Opera/Classical Voice, she also has extensive musical theatre, pop, gospel, and choral experience. 

Besides performing, she has a passion for working with developing singers and helping them unlock the voice inside them! Often running workshops for groups as well as one-on-one lessons, she has a great time with her students finding their best sound along the way!

Emily knows her stuff! Not only is she a lovely performer, but she also has an intimate understanding of the singing voice and its nuances. We have worked together in many capacities over the years, and Emily's ability to pinpoint a vocal hurdle, while impressive, is child's play compared to the way she is able to completely circumvent the hurdle without losing any artistic integrity! It's as if she were saying "Why spend the effort to jump OVER this obstacle, when simply creating a path AROUND it will be just as effective?"! This is one of the many lessons I've learned from Emily, and it, among others, continues to be at the top of my toolbox of tips and tricks for myself and my students.
