Embrolic is a certified yoga teacher, health and wellness educator, and an author with a teacher’s heart. She has a mild obsession with personality psychology and uses this knowledge to help her students personalize their yoga practice and wellness choices. Embrolic has over 300 hours of Yoga instructor training, and has been teaching yoga since 2010. Along with her initial 225 hour training(R-HYI), she has additional training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Yogalates. Embrolic also has a Master’s degree in education and an IIN Health Coach certification.
