I graduated from UC San Diego in 2012 with a Bachelors Of Science in Psychology. I love math and am able to teach material in a way that works best for you, the student. Whether you are a visual, auditorial, or hands-on learner; I will work with you to master the material at hand in the way that best suits your needs. I am a certified Yoga Nidra L1 teacher. This is a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry. Currently being utilized in VA hospitals, military bases, hospitals, clinics, hospice, homeless shelters, community programs and schools; research has shown this form of iRest effectively reduces PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and chemical dependency while increasing health, resiliency, and well-being.
