I strive for my lessons to be all about the student and tailoring them to your interests and needs! The oboe is a very exciting instrument and I hope that together we can discover ways for you to enjoy it. I am happy to help with general musical skills, oboe performance, and reed making. I have much experience preparing students for programs such as school programs, entrance placements, youth ensemble programs, and all-state ensembles.

Ellen O’Neill has dedicated a lifetime to the world of music, with her long time involvement in band, orchestra, chorus, and piano settings Since 2010, Ellen has been imparting musical knowledge to students of all ages and abilities, specializing in flute and oboe instruction, alongside teaching wind and brass instruments.
Holding a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Oboe Performance from Ithaca College, Erin further honed their expertise by earning a Master of Music in Oboe Performance from the prestigious Manhattan School of Music.
