I have been playing the piano for 30 years. Music is my passion! I have worked with worship teams as the pianist /keyboardist at various churches for almost 20 years, 9 of those years I was the music/worship director. I have worked with a traveling group of musicians, teaching music theory, musical performance, song writing, and basic instruction on an instrument. We recorded six albums of original music during my time with the group. I went on to teach on my own, focusing on music theory, and piano to elementary, jr. high, sr. high, and college aged students. I began teaching piano in 2009 and it quickly became the most fulfilling job I’ve ever had. I have taught kids as young as 5, and while I especially enjoy working with beginner students, I have enjoyed working with the intermediate students who have come my way as well. I also have experience working with kids who have special needs, including those who are on the Autism spectrum.+ Read More
