I know from personal experience that sometimes a student wants serious lessons that will push them to perform at an exceptional level; at other times, the student just wants to enjoy making music. Regardless of your age or level of experience, I will make sure your lessons are tailored to meet your goals and that you never lose the love for music that made you look for piano lessons in the first place. I've spent my life making music, and I make sure my students learn the skills to do the same.
