Heyyooo!!! Lizzie here!!! I am 20 years old and I'm a Cancer:) I am a NOT very successful, professional, or will known singer.... Contrary to popular belief, it is not easy to become famous nowadays. My dream was to make it on American Idol. Not to win, but to have my face on TV while i was singing. That didn't happen. On my 17th birthday, i auditioned for American Idol's last season ever, in New Orleans, LA. Best day of my life/worst day of my life. It was so fun to experience the audition, but then they said it. "We're sorry, you just don't have the hair flipping talent we are looking for" WHAT? I DIDN'T FLIP MY HAIR ENOUGH FOR YOU!? I shortly realized they were looking for all the wrong things that would get good TV ratings. I was there to live a dream. It was crushing to say the least. I loved performing and singing for people. It wasn't fun anymore. Fast forward the years, I'm now 20 years old. High school grad. Living in my first rent house with my boyfriend of a year. He made me realize, singing should make you happy, sad, crazy, ect. Any and every feeling you can feel, can also be felt through song. No matter what, the experience should make you confident, optimistic, and make you able to enjoy the fun it brings to everyone on Earth!! GUARANTEED TO BUILD CONFIDENCE!!
