    First of all, congratulations on having the courage and self-discipline to do what most others do not: achieve your goals. The hard part is over, you're already begun the process of self-improvement and now all you need is someone to give you the guidance, support, and tools to help you along the way. I hold my clients to high standards, believing that setting consistent and high expectations is the key to success and improvement. I encourage clients to reach these standards by providing feedback about their strengths and weaknesses and offering patient and compassionate emotional support. With a background in psychotherapy, I utilize cognitive-behavioral and experiential techniques to increase motivation, examine problematic beliefs, and identify emotional blocks to success.
