Vocal Training with Elise W.

Elise has been my daughters Piano teacher for a little bit more than a year and a half now it’s been at times that she had to cancel my session because she had other things coming up which it’s perfectly fine. Also I had to cancel on her because the other things that we’re going on at the same time, whether my daughter being sick or something which is perfectly fine Now all the sudden she came out with his policy that if you don’t call or anything, she keeps the money which doesn’t make any sense because children gets sick often and things happen so just as December I paid lease $65 to teach my daughter and she wasn’t able to. She had other things coming up and I perfectly understand that I don’t have a policy. Most people don’t have policies her policies if you don’t show up, she keeps the money now this was before Christmas. I sent her $65. She was supposed to teach her she wasn’t able to. She went away for the holidays now we’re in January. I’ve called her and text her a few times. All of a sudden she responds back to me that she can’t teach my daughter anymore , she has something that came up and she’s gonna be busy until March which is perfectly fine happy God bless asked her to refund me back to $65 that she was supposed to teach my daughter in December and she saying she can’t because of the policy all I know is that I paid this woman, a lot of money, overtime and anytime it has to be with something or anything that has regarding teaching my daughter She always took my daughter schedule and gave it to someone else or she had her own thing going on which is perfectly fine I’m a professional I do business for people if I say something I do it if somebody’s not happy, I try to make something right by doing the right thing. Obviously she’s not doing the right thing by sending me back to $65 it’s not the $65 I care about it’s the principal you have a business. Your customers are right your customers are always right and you do the right thing. Obviously she needs the $65 more than I do but again, it’s not the point and it’s not the principal , you run a business you run a business fair and claim you don’t keep the customers money if you don’t teach him that’s like me going to my customers house and not doing work for them but keeping their money it doesn’t work like that that’s not business ethics and I’m gonna write this bad review in regards to .

Elise was so highly professional when taking lesson with her. Not only does she respect our lesson times she’s communicative, and very easy to reach if I ever need to schedule. Lastly, if you want to learn how to be a better musician she’s the person you want!
