Originally from Rome, Italy, Elisabetta immersed herself in musical and classical studies since an early age. Traveling with her family, she had the opportunity to experience the most prestigious music productions in Europe and the United States. The choice to be an active part of the music world as a professional was inevitable and only natural. She attained a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance and Music Teaching, from the Conservatory of Music Refice, Italy. She developed a long career teaching music, providing music education instruction, encompassing practice of an instrument, history of music, and music theory. She taught classes with approximately twenty-five students, maintaining a sharp, consistent focus on correlating music to academics. Through instrument instruction (piano, recorder, and key board) she was successful in developing skills in students such as discipline and concentration. The experience of practicing and producing beautiful music enhanced the self esteem of even the most difficult pupils, improving their achievements also in mathematics, science, language arts and other academic subjects. While teaching, Elisabetta never stopped performing for various Cultural Associations in Solo Concerts and Chamber Music. In New York for family and business reasons since 1999, Elisabetta continued her successful teaching career throughout these years, giving lessons to children and adults alike. Some of her students came from the Martha Graham School of Modern Dance, The Neighborhood Playhouse and Opera Singers. *** Lesson Details *** My lessons are pleasant, interesting and stimulating. Elisabetta has been a wonderful instructor for my son. He started with absolutely zero piano experience and she gently and effectively has coached him to a confident piano player. Excellent teacher for beginners and to keep the player advancing!
Excellent teacher for my 8 year old. Kind, attentive, generous - couldn't ask for more!!
Great instructor. Clear and easy methodology
