Don't let the guitar notes scare you. Start learning today with a contemporary Christian musician!

From Contemporary Christian Music all the way to Heavy Metal and everything in between, I equip my students with not only the necessary skills to proficiently play most genres, but with the confidence to excel both on the stage and in the studio. With years of professional touring and recording as the guitarist of a Christian Worship band and employment as the worship leader at several different churches, I'm your guy when it comes to all things church-related. But hey, if that's not your thing, don't look away just yet as I also have 15 years of heavy metal/rock and roll experience as well as a deep love for the pop-punk and folk genres (with much experimental dabbling in the areas of blues, jazz and bluegrass). Whether you're a beginner who's still trying to get those tough barre chords down, an intermediate player who's looking to shred the neck even faster, or someone who's never even touched a guitar, I encourage you to take a step of boldness and let me help you become the best guitarist that you can be!

    About Eli T.

When I was a child I begged my parents to buy me a guitar, and as I grew up, year after year, I eagerly watched as each of my siblings (I have 7) received their very own "axe" on Christmases and birthdays. I waited and waited...but mine never came. Even my younger siblings got theirs before I did. Sounds kinda cruel, huh? But rather then let this unfortunate circumstance take me to a place of great offense, I used it as a hot-burning fuel for a passion that had been building up inside me. So with every dollar that I earned from my first job, coupled with some teenage-angst, I stomped my way to the nearest computer and ordered my very first guitar from a popular online music retailer (cause that's how you do things these days). It's been just over 10 years now and to this day, I'm the only one in my entire family (extended family included) who still plays music. This might just be some dumb story to you, but it's MY story and it's special to me. You have a story too. I don't know what your story is, but it has you here reading mine because you have a passion just like I do. I would encourage you to take a chance on me as your teacher as I would love to hear your story and share with you the knowledge that I've been blessed with to help shape the gift that you've been given. So whether you get your music lessons from me, or the next guy on this list, I sincerely hope that you explore the passion inside of you and that you get the same feeling I get when I play. It's one of the best feelings in the world!
