Eleonora Pellegrini is a professional harpist based in the Bay Area.
She was born in Florence (Italy), where at the age of nine began studying the harp. Eleonora went on to earn a Bachelors in harp from the Conservatory of music in Florence and a Masters in harp from Conservatory of music in Parma.
From 2011 to 2017 she performed with the Orchestra of the Royal Northern College of Music of Manchester.
For the past ten years Eleonora has been teaching classical and celtic harp to children and adults.
In 2015 Eleonora completed her training to become a certified Music learning theory teacher. This approach focuses on the belief that music is like a language and therefore in order to become fluent children should be immersed in it early on.
Eleonora teaches private harp lessons to beginners, intermediate and advanced students in her studio in Berkeley; she's also available for house calls (depending on location).
All ages are welcome.

I’ve been one of Eleonora’s first students and I’ve studied harp with her for 4 years. It has been very rewarding.
I was always looking forward to her lessons: she inspired us to practice for competitions and she always encouraged me to play in front of an audience, giving the very best of my self.
Playing the harp has always been a great joy for me thanks to her lessons.
Eleonora Pellegrini is a great professional!
She has been my daughter’s harp teacher for two years: she’s very talented! She’s a special person, she is very skilled both playing and teaching the harp.
She changed my daughter’s life, who know has an excellent knowledge of music basics.
Eleonora's professionalism and her passion for music have had a great influence on my harp learning experience. Eleonora has been my teacher for four years.I have beautiful memories of the competitions and harp congress i joined together with Eleonora and my classmates.
I'm truly grateful for all the support you showed me day by day and for having shared your passion with me.
We met Eleonora because my daughter wanted to learn how to play the harp. As a mother, I was pretty curious to see how Eleonora could manage to teach to a 4 years old how to read music notes and learn how to play the harp. With lots of patience and passion Eleonora created different solutions and succeeded in her goal. I was very surprised to see that after only two lessons my daughter was able to recognize several notes, after her third class she was able to play a short tune. It is thanks to Eleonora 's skills and passion that today my daughter plays the harp with great joy and is always excited about learning new things. Thank you Eleonora for making Carlotta' s dream come true!+ Read More

Eleonara is excellent! Very clear and detailed. She is patient and very positive and supportive and has a variety of little tricks to make things clear.
As a retired teacher and a musician , it was easy to spot her skills and qualities.
Eleonora is an extremely talented musician and harpist. She is very patient and caring to her students. She tailors lessons to fit the students needs, which I personally found it amazing!!! Harp was not very easy for me to learn and I took a very long time to learn my pieces, but with Eleonora’s guidance I was able to learn them in the end.
