SPECIAL RATES for TOP services. New to TAKE LESSONS, I will be extending my services to the public, ONLINE. INTRO: Having performed all over the world with some of the best such as: George Takei (STAR TREK) Lea Salonga (MISS SAIGON/MULAN) Daniel Dae Kim (Lost, Hawaii 5 O) Amanda Colliver (MOULIN ROUGE) Maria Friedman (WEST END'S "ROXIE" CHICAGO) Todrick Hall & Tori Kelly (AMERICAN IDOL) I have learned a lot!! Now, it is more than a pleasure and a passion to share what I have learned and know, to ANYONE who is simply passionate about singing (even in your shower!) or performing like you've always dreamed. Dreaming - let me just say it always begins there. Why not make it a reality? This is where I come in. Let go of those fears and give it a try. I promise you, you will surprise yourself and make leaps and bounds to where you want to be. Just a little more about myself - Raised in Australia, I performed in works such as Sweet Charity, To Kill a Mockingbird as Scout, and The Wizard of Oz as Dorothy. At age 11, I was chosen to be a regular for the WA Opera Company. After graduating from Singapore’s LaSalle with a BA Honors in Musical Theatre (under Denis Follington who personally trained movie star Hugh Jackman), I made my theatrical debut as Ivy in Beauty World (2008) and won international ‘Breakout Star of the Year’ at the 2008 ELLE Magazine Awards. I was then chosen to fly across the world to perform in the London production of 'The King and I' held at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall alongside Daniel Dae Kim (Lost, Hawaii Five O). Performing for a 5000 seater theatre every night was definitely a surreal and truly beautiful experience. This is where Los Angeles came into play. I flew from London to the states to pursue my MFA in Acting for film (a personal dream of mine) and after graduating, was humbled to be chosen as a lead in Todrick Hall's 'OZ the musical' where it was a pleasure working with American Idol finalists from across America. And then, after a nationwide search for a leading lady takeover, I booked ALLEGIANCE on Broadway, moved to NYC, and the rest is history. Throughout my performing years, I have shared my expertise around the world as a music teacher. I have held several top workshops for high school and colleges, master classes, joined top schools as a vocal coach, and held private one-on-one lessons at my home. My latest was at the amazing California Music Academy; home to many celebrities and their children. Now, I've decided to open lessons to the 'public' and share ONLINE. This means having personalized lessons in the comfort of your own home. *** Lesson Details *** In my experience, no matter what job I am doing big or small, stage or on a film set or even in my bedroom, I have found that it is about YOU and about the tools that you choose to treasure. Yes. There will be structure so that a strong foundation can be built for your voice, body, and mind. Simple factors like incorporating breath to support your sound, aural practices or warm-ups, will all be given to you to help you be able to one day, perform like a professional or simply perform in front of your friends and family with confidence. Songs that you've always dreamed of performing can be taught using techniques and tools I can provide depending on what works for you! A solid syllabus shall we say, can be determined once we have found what works for you (or your child) and what doesn't. It is definitely about having a great time or there isn't a point to doing it, but with anything, getting better at something means putting in some time and commitment. No matter what, we are in this together. *** ONLY ONLINE LESSONS AVAILABLE*** *** Specialties *** I specialize in Musical Theatre Pop/ Pop Rock/ R&B vocals Classical mix Monologue vocal prep Audition prep

I had the best time. Elena really took the time to get to know me to a point where she was able to bring out the best in me. She had the perfect balance of amazing knowledge coupled with absolute humility and kindness. When you trust someone enough, you feel safe to go to those scary places. Thanks again and I can't wait for the next lesson.

Take it from someone who is not only highly educated in voice and performance, but is someone who has experienced the top industry in the 'real' world. Elena knew exactly what the industry is looking for, where to adjust, how I was feeling about my upcoming concert, and was able to cater the lesson specifically to my needs. Thanks for all the help! I felt so much more confident walking out on that stage!
