    About Eileen W.

Hello! My name is Eileen and I am a music teacher and musician. I grew up on the South Shore and moved to New York City where I taught music and played the clarinet, mostly in classical settings like orchestras and chamber ensembles. My favorite way to make music is doubling on all clarinets, flute and sax in musical theater pits. I've played a lot of shows both in New York and here in Massachusetts. As a public school music teacher, I play a lot of guitar and ukulele. I've started ukulele and guitar programs in both elementary and middle schools. These programs were recognized through grants awarded by the College Board, Guitar Center, and the Fender Foundation. I love making music with my students, friends and family. I've had the privilege of working with many wonderful musicians over the years and I look forward to growing my studio here in Hanover.
