High School Business Teacher

I have been sewing for over 40 years from making clothes for myself or others, creating period authentic costuming, creating window treatments, drapes and pillows for your home, to custom quilts for clients. I can teach you basic sewing methods to produce your own clothing, sew creations to decorate your home, machine embroidery and quilting. 

I am a high school business teacher and have over 20 years of teaching experience from kindergarten to high school. I have also taught many crafting classes to adults throughout the years. 

My love of sewing and a passion for teaching makes it a great combination for my own classes.

What can I say? I love to sew and have been sewing for over 40 years. I used to sew my own clothes and period authentic costumes when I was younger, but now I love to do machine embroidery, quilting and well, just about everything. 

I live in Culpeper, VA and know that there are lots of you out there that want to learn how to sew. I have been a high school business teacher for over 20 years so I know how to teach anyone from kindergarten to adults. It's really easy to teach something that you are passionate about.
