Edward lived for many years abroad were he played electric guitar as a studio musician and a composer has worked with and taught a variety of students on both the electric and acoustic guitars, he also teaches bass, keyboards and drums for beginners and regarding guitar techniques he teaches sweep picking, legato, tapping, speed pick, finger-picking, alternate picking, hybrid picking and more. His method of teaching involves assessing the level at which the student is at in guitar playing and then developing a curriculum to reach the goals that the students desire to achieve with the guitar. Eduardo has a vast collection for well renown guitar method books,songbooks, backing tracks etc.. his goal is to help the student and make them progress with the instrument. He teaches students at the beginning, intermediate, and upper intermediate levels. In addition to teaching a student how to play the guitar, Eduardo also teaches harmony, scales and chords, musical arrangements and composition, improvisation, software for musical notation such as finale and reason, basic recording setups and musical ensemble, he holds Bachelor's degree in Music with a major in Musical Arrangements. Pop, rock, blues, jazz, heavy metal, progressive rock, fusion, funk, country, Latin music( Bossa nova, Salsa, Cuban styles, Bachata etc..... are the most common styles of music that Eduardo teaches.
