Have you ever struggled with meditation?  I can guide you through cultivating a meditation practice that will be easy to follow and custom tailored to your unique situation.  Mediation can help in many areas of your life, including: reducing anxiety, calming restlessness, improving sleep, cultivating clear thinking, eliminating stress related health issues, any many more.  The practices that I teach are based on opening the heart which allows for the energy in your body to flow and become clear, focused, and energizing.  This further allow for the slow unravelling of negative emotions like fear and pain.  The mediation practice we will create together will provide you with the resources you need to feel grounded and connected in your life.

My passion in life is to help people open their hearts to become their best self.  I am a senior certified teacher of Sheng Zhen, a unique meditation that combines movement and stillness to cultivate a healthy body, a clear mind, and a heart full of love.  I also hold a 2nd degree black belt Aikido, a martial art of unconditional love, and enjoy teaching adult and children's classes.  I coach individuals and organizations on how to apply open-hearted meditation practices to a variety of personal, spiritual, and business endeavors.  I know how to meet people where they are at to gently and effectively guide them towards becoming their most authentic, loving, and embodied self.

Edward is a phenomenal teacher!  He's passionate about teaching meditation, especially to those for whom this has felt challenging in the past.  He was focused, clear, kind, and his meditation instruction wasn't just useful for quieting the mind, he also was able to give guidance on reducing anxiety, calming insomnia, and just feeling more connecting to life.  Highly recommended!!  And bonus - he has an amazing voice.  His private workshop space was beautiful and peaceful, in the forest, felt like a personal retreat getaway.  I'll be back!
