I earned my BA in music from Azad University of Tehran, Iran, with a thesis on blues music. I also received a certificate in Film Scoring from UCLA.

Edwin composed and orchestrated the first Assyrian musical called "The Handsome Prince" that was performed in San Jose with a 50 piece symphony orchestra in 2012.
in 2015 he composed the "Black Winter", a suite for symphony orchestra, choir and soloists that was performed in Los Angeles to commemorate 100th year of Assyrian Genocide of 1915.
Currently, he is writing and producing his second musical album titled "Gilgamesh Musical".
