I have been helping people understand music since 2012. I have taught in public schools, universities, foreign schools, as well as privately. My students frequently achieve success in the composition field, winning competitions and attending festivals. I want to help you understand music by sharing my knowledge of orchestration, harmony, and counterpoint, as well as my professional experience. My music is frequently performed around the world. The New York Times has called my music "immediately captivating," and the Denver Post, "exciting". My catalog includes many orchestral, vocal, chamber, and film works. I hold a MA in Composition and BM in Music Education from Rutgers University where I graduated with high honors.
