For me the most important aspect of a good teacher is that they have passion for teaching and can communicate their knowledge. There are many very good performers out there but that does not mean that they can teach. I love teaching private students and I am a great communicator of my knowledge. I have a Bachelor in Music and have been a music teacher for more than 20 years. In my years of teaching a have developed a system that students can learn fast. I cater the class to each student individual interest and needs. I am currently the Band Director at Ponce de León Middle School and have the appropriate back ground checks in order to be a public school teacher. I always motivate my students to do their best and provide them the tools in order for them to reach their individual goals.
