While taking lessons he was introduced to different styles such as Jazz, Funk, Metal, and Shred. He stopped taking lessons after a year and began to learn by transcribing songs by ear. He soon began learning to play songs by artist such as AC/DC, Jimi Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen, and Eric Clapton. After working on his technique and theory he was able to progress to songs by Pantera, Paul Gilbert, Richie Kotzen, Blues Saraceno, Andy Timmons, and Yngwie Malmsteen. A Great Teacher

I scheduled guitar lessons with Drew for my granddaughters, and they are very, very happy with the lessons -- even more excited about learning the guitar than before they started with Drew.
