Electric Guitar with Drake B.

Hi, my name is Drake and I've been playing guitar since 2008 and electric bass since 2009. I recently graduated from Rollins College with a music degree in guitar performance with a focus in Jazz. I have studied Rock and Metal music extensively as well have played in many bands in those styles. I find myself drawn to all genres and love teaching in most styles. I've had many different guitar teachers which has shown me what works in education as well as what does not work. Over the past 6 years of my teaching experience, I've developed a strong sense of what it takes to learn my students tendencies and cater to their needs. I will always do my best to accentuate your strengths as well as address your weaknesses. I also make sure that my students learn the styles of music they wish to play. If a student doesn't want to read music, I would never force that on them. Music is a discipline, but we must not also forget that we must enjoy music. I pride myself on my flexibility and understand of my students. I look forward to meeting you!
