    About Douglas W.

    Hi, I'm Doug! I have a PhD in Physics from Vanderbilt University and have been teaching/tutoring all levels of physics & astronomy for over a decade, most recently at the University of Chicago Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics. I also give lectures to the general public at the Adler Planetarium. I am super laid back and easy to get along with, and I am deeply passionate about making physics and astronomy accessible and understandable to people of all ages and backgrounds.
