English (ESL) with Dorethea A.

I am a full time online English teacher, it is my passion to share my knowledge and skills with other people. In 2016 I started out as a volunteer teacher at two schools in the North of Thailand, Kaeng Khoi province. I taught to 760 students every two weeks and my classes age range was from 4 years - 12 years. I use lots of TPR and keep my classes upbeat. It is very important to create a positive learning space for students and I keep my lessons student centred to reduce teacher talking time in order for my students to get the maximum out of their lessons. I do not linger on subjects which I can clearly see the student have grasped and therefore progress depends on the student. Overall my classrooms are fun and I do my best to make learning enjoyable and be creative about it.
