Hi! I am so excited to work with you and to help you achieve your musical goals! I am a freelance violinist/orchestra teacher, and I have been teaching for over 5 years. I have taught private lessons, full orchestra classes from beginner to advanced, and all things strings! I have studied violin for 12 years, and I recently completed my bachelor's in music education at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. I would love to help you, whether it's the very first time you have unpacked your instrument, with learning to play a pop/rock/fiddle tune, or you are preparing some orchestra excerpts for an audition with your local symphony. Hi! My name is Dixie and I have played the violin/viola for 12 years. I have been teaching music lessons/classes for over 5 years, and I have also taught beginning to intermediate orchestra classes over the course of my undergraduate studies. I recently completed my bachelor's in music education (instrumental) at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro,  and now I am an orchestra teacher at an elementary/middle school.
