Hip Hop Dance with Diva D.

I am a studio trained dancer in styles that include Hip Hop, Lyrical, Ballet, Musical Theatre, Jazz, as well as Latin dance styles including Salsa and Bachata. I have competed at a national level for four years and have extensive experience working with a range of dance levels. I love seeing new dancers grow in their confidence especially with social dancing. Learning dance can be incredibly beneficial to those with low self esteem, lack of connection with their body, or anybody that wants to exercise but can't stand the gym. Dance is wonderful because it is not limited to a certain age group or experience level. I am comfortable finding a plan that works for each student to maximize each session. I began dance with limited exposure and access. I had very low confidence and self-esteem. Through movement I have found a deep understanding of my own body and space that has helped me become the person I am today.
