    About Dimitar N.

I am active as an educator, concert pianist, and orchestral conductor in Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Area. I have a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the Catholic University of America. I have performed in the United States and Europe in prestigious concert halls such as the Kennedy Center, Mozart Hall (Vienna, Austria), and the Bulgarian National Palace of the Arts. I am currently the Music Director/Conductor of the Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra and the Baltimore Philharmonia Orchestra. In the last 20 years I have taught many students of all ages and level of experience. I always emphasize the importance of learning chords and chord progressions that helps students learning their pieces faster. I love teaching different styles, not only classical, but also jazz, pop, gospel, etc. I am looking forward to helping you build valuable music skills and achieving your goals.
