Percussion with Dillon B.

Hello. My name is Dillon, and I am a junior Music Education major at The University of Akron. I am a member of the percussion studio at UA under the direction of Distinguished Professor Dr. Larry Snider. I have participated in the following ensembles; The University of Akron "Ohio's Pride" Marching Band, Concert Band, University Band, Brass Choir (volunteer percussionist), University Singers, New Music Ensemble (volunteer percussionist), African Drumming Ensemble, Brazilian Ensemble, Percussion Chamber Music Ensemble, and the University of Akron Steel Drum Band. Prior teaching experiences include; - Brazilian music lecturer at Barberton East Elementary School (gig provided through Akron Children's Concert Society) - Beginning percussion lessons given to a 6th grade band student - Public school guest general music lessons given to the 2nd grade students of Mr.Mark Izzo at Wait Primary School in Streetsboro, Ohio)
