Russian with Dillon A.

My name is Dillon. I have been studying and speaking Russian for over 3 years now with nearly 2 years experience living in Russia while on a mission there. Adding to what I learned while in Russia, I took a Russian culture and history class. I love the Russian language and will teach it to my children when that time comes. It is a language that feels good to speak and gives you a strong sense of confidence when learning it. I love teaching others Russian, as I see it as a very rich and beautiful language. As I have heard it said, "the Russian language is the treasure of Russia". I agree with this (although there are lots of cool things about Russia and the surrounding Eastern European countries). In order to learn a language well, you need to ENJOY the process of learning it. As a teacher, I prefer to teach in a way that helps YOU to learn. The learning method of each person is different, so I believe in an individual and personalized approach. When we start learning together, we will discuss your goals and see what you are looking to achieve, and then we will customize a plan for YOU and move forward with it.
