I am a professional performing musician, producer, and entrepreneur. I hold a National Gold Medal from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Classical Guitar Performance, and I have composed and produced five albums across a variety of genres, as well as three motion picture scores. I graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in December 2018, where I was a member of the Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Combos, Guitar Orchestra, and Guitar Quartets. I teach music lessons to all ages and skill levels. As a teacher, I am most focused on equipping you with the skills that you need to make music in the world. I will teach you the fundamentals of music so that you can play ALL of the songs! By the end of lessons with me, I will send you out the door with all of the skills and knowledge necessary to teach yourself! I teach out of my comfortable and artistic home studio in Tacoma, Washington, but frequently travel to students and clients, as well as teach via the internet. I teach all styles of music, but some of my personal favorites include classical, rock, jazz, indie, pop, punk, alternative, hip hop, and electronic.
