My daughter learn indian cooking from her and she was very happy the way she taught her . according to my daughter she is the best teacher

I learnt many thing in excel from her . She teach me most possible use of excel in just 6 days. even after completing course if i need help she is always ready.

I just got too see her ,she is look so young .. I just ask her how she maintain and she reply "Yoga".
I also learn basic suryanamaskara lessons from her . and I am still practice.  Me and my son both learn Surya namaskar and I really feel energy..
Soon I am going to take another lesson of different asana and further pranayama.

I learnt sweet making & Daal bati churma from her..
fulkas she make are awesome soft and healthy.

My fat increasing day by day ,due to sitting job she helped me to learn basic yoga & surya namaskara.
addition to it  she shown  me some office yoga tricks which i can perform on my chair in office .
