Viola with Devin P.

Hello all, My name is Devin and I'm excited to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since the year 2010 and have loved every minute of it. I have been classically trained on the viola for the past 15 years. For my undergrad, I studied music performance and education at the University of North Texas. I currently hold a Bachelor of the Arts. Since I started teaching I have had such great experiences seeing my student's grow and improve their skill levels right before my eyes. There is nothing I love more than to witness how far all of my students go beyond their private lessons. My teaching style is very direct yet fun and engaging. I like to focus on my student's strengths while we hone in on how to use those strengths to tackle their weaknesses. Our lessons will be fun but we will be working hard so get ready! I'm looking forward taking this journey with you.
