Students will learn proper technique from sitting at the piano/keyboard, how close to sit, and where to place your hands. How high or low the keyboard is and where to precisely strike the notes with your fingers, all plays a special part in how to play the piano. Students will learn the fundamentals of reading music and will considerably gain more knowledge and skill as they progress. We will practice all genres of music including classical, jazz, folk and genre of student's choice.

My name is Derrell Schenck from Somerset, NJ. I am an experienced piano instructor of all ages.  I've been playing piano for over 15 years now and been teaching piano professionally for 5 years. I enjoy teaching and music which is my passion.
