First and foremost, I'm a musician with 15 years of experience performing with a wide variety of ensembles including jazz bands, marching bands, drum and bugle corps, brass quintets, and symphony orchestras, to name just a few. I hope to use this wide variety of experience to help you achieve your own musical goals.
I take a similar approach in the world of health and fitness. I believe one of the keys to lifelong happiness is through realizing the strength and grace you are capable of. Using tried-and-true approaches to training, I hope to help you define your health and fitness goals and build a plan to achieve them that is tailored to your specific needs and unique strengths.

As the lead instructor for the Urbanfit program at Urban Evolutions, I was responsible for designing a group fitness program focused on strength and athletic performance. This included collaborating with a team of instructors wih a variety of movement and teaching specialties to create a well-rounded program that addressed the needs and abilities of a wide client base.+ Read More
As the lead visual technician for the Valley Marchmasters, I was responsible for designing and teaching special coreography to enhance the visual program as well as rehearsing the drill maneuvers on the field.
As field technician with the Roosevelt Marching Band in Des Moines, IA, I provided direct musical and marching instruction to high school students in collaboration with the band directors.
