I have been certified as a personal trainer for over 5 years now. I have worked with many age groups from 5 years old to 75 years old. I have worked on the collegiate level with football players through Strength and Conditioning, as well as assisting a high school track and field program. I'm very versatile and I am able to adapt to any environment. I have also instructed organized group workouts that consist of 35-40 people each class.
