English (ESL) with Dejah B.

I’m a self taught gymnast and know how scary an actual class can be. I have been in cheerleading once when I was young, but the experience stuck with me because I was very inexperienced and decided to train myself to be able to do the splits, a scorpion, a bow and arrow, back hand spring, cartwheel, but as easy as it is being said it is hard work. I know how hard it is and with time and lots of hours put into yoga, belly dancing, cheerleading, gymnastics, and ballet, I have came up with perfect routines to target which part of your body you will like to expand your range of motion with. I am currently a massage therapist im training and will come up with specific stretch routines for specific parts of your body that will match your level and advance from there.
