I have a Masters in Metaphysical Science and Doctorate of Psychology, specializing in Transpersonal Counseling. I have been teaching Meditation for 20+ years. I am a Certified Spiritual Life and Business Coach; Natural and Holistic Wellness Counselor; Certified Spiritual Healing Practitioner; Certified Integrated Wellness Practitioner; Certified Spiritual Response Therapy Advanced Practitioner; Certified NLP Practitioner; Certified Color Therapy and Colorology Counseling; Certified and attuned Reiki Master and Teacher; energy healer; professional writer and editor. Dr. Lampkins has studied and practiced natural health care, meditation, holistic science, and the healing arts for over 30 years. During this time, she also worked in Management in both the Traditional Healthcare and Corporate Industries. It was in these areas that she saw the need for additional health and well-being. Dr. Lampkins uses a “whole person” approach to wellness. This means looking for all the underlying causes of any imbalance which may or may not be causing symptoms. Using this unique approach, Dr. Lampkins will assist you in accelerating and/or maintain your journey to wellness. I have incorporated my experience as a counselor into an educative setting. I offer private Natural/Alternative Wellness instruction, Light and Sound Therapy, Energy Healing, and Meditation at my home studio center, online or by phone. My studio center is the perfect relaxing environment to meet your health session needs. It comes fully equipped with everything needed for your sessions including meditation props, healing table, aromatherapy, and music. Hands-on-assists and personalized sequencing to deepen your experience and healing. It is a joy to offer Reiki to curious, open clients in need of energy healing. Reiki is a noninvasive energy healing technique totally separate from any religious affiliation and available to anyone.
